Jodi's main purpose and a philosophy is to work with the mind and body to become mentally and physically stronger as well as healthy and happy. Her classes are designed to make sure that you work and feeling re-energized by the end. While pushing you to be the best version of yourself, Jodi is right alongside you doing the same thing for herself. She is always in search for ways to become a better trainer and person with a diverse skillset, varying techniques, and always having a curious mindset. Jodi's style of training is purpose driven and results oriented.
