Sally Morgan


Sally found yoga as a practice that she always wanted to implement into her life. She challenged herself into the practice and wanted to make sure yoga was accessible to all. Sally’s flow consists of warming up, ground work, and a flow with several poses that can be made into restorative or challenging, a peak series, and cool down. Sally specializes in vinyasa with special music playlists that are regularly curated to connect with the class.
