Cardio training meets ultimate playlists and fun. Inspired by a variety of hills, sprints, drills and pushing the pace to the beat of the music. Shift with the rhythm with sweat dripping and motivate to beat your performance next time.

Indoor Cycling from Beginners to Advanced

First time on the bike or avid cyclists are all welcome in class and encouraged to motivate each other. Move to the beat of the music and go for the hills, but sit when needed. Bikes are custom to fit everybody and every body. You’ll use mini levers to adjust resistance for worked-filled ride. Leave your phone in your locker and clip in for 45 minutes.

Our Rancho Bernardo, East Village (near Downtown San Diego) and Solana Beach locations are home to our indoor cycle classes.
It will vary per person, but you’re looking approximately at 500-800 calories per class!
In the beginning, it could take some time to get used to the seat. We’ve all been there. You can wear padded shorts or bring a cushioned seat. Usually, this only lasts a short while for most, and taking extra steps is usually unnecessary.
The experience is YOURS! You know your body better than anyone else. It’s your ride - so adjust accordingly. Increase or decrease the resistance to whatever you need to push yourself (within reason!).
You do not need cycling shoes to take a class, nor do we have shoes to rent. If you decide to join us for cycling classes regularly, we do recommend investing in some cycling shoes.
