Coach Emily has always been into fitness and found her love for weight training while playing softball in college. Coach Emily has vast experience with functional training, power lifting, sports performance, entry-level training, core conditioning, lifestyle planning and Muay Thai. Training with Coach Emily is well-rounded and tailored to goals / working hard. Barbell squats, lat pull downs, muscle building, weight loss, and core work are a massive part of Emily’s programming with mind body connection as utmost importance.
