With almost ten years of coaching experience, Coach Jake brings a refreshing and exciting approach to training with a nutrition, combat sports and fitness background. His training style is tailored to needs and goals - no matter what, Coach Jake brings positivity to all training. He never backs down from a challenge and is extremely dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals that are important to them.
