Coach Jordan’s fitness journey began with a transition from gymnastics to Division I track at the University of Pittsburgh and James Madison University. Gymnastics taught Coach J discipline and track added a layer of consistency. With a very performance-based programming style, Coach Jordan focuses on motivation techniques, science-based fitness, and a lot of compound movements with HIIT, strength training, and calisthenics. Each training session is unique, dedicated to certain goals with a lot of fun along the way. Coach Jordan encourages a "show up for yourself" mentality and limit pushing.
