Coach Tara mixes functional training, strength training, sports performance and exercises that improve daily movements. Coach Tara’s style is described as challenging, enthusiastic and fun. Her programming includes compound movements to help strengthen the body while supporting exercises that help with mobility, flexibility and balance. Her NSCA CSCS certification is in the works and has a deep love and appreciation for fitness as more than workout - it’s a lifestyle. Her main focus during her training sessions is to empower strength, physical goals, and specific programming that is going to make all the hard work efficient & meaningful. Coach Tara is also fluent in Serbian and English with proficiency in Spanish and Arabic!
