Coach Asia brings a plethora of knowledge of human anatomy, injury rehabilitation and performance focused training. With over a decade of cross-training experience, Coach Asia has in-depth expertise in cycling, strength and conditioning, and training collegiate athletes returning from injury or specific performance based goals. She teaches a wide variety of fitness levels / injuries and her overall approach to training is form based. Coach Asia strongly believes in developing proper strong biomechanics along with being an extremely detail oriented / high motivation based coach. She wants to be remembered as the coach who makes others feel welcomed, encouraged and challenged.
