Muay Thai classes cover the basics of movement, footwork, defense, and striking skills. Class will involve bag work, shield drills, partner drills with light contact and a variety of conditioning drills. This intentional structure outlines learning for proper technique with movement, punching, kicking, knees and elbows. *Please make sure that you have the correct protective gear (ie. shin guards or mouthguard).

Our vigilant coaches are there to supervise and help enforce safety precautions, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands. Please note some instructional classes require additional protective gear to participate.
