Find Your Power

Beginner to advanced levels are welcome in our boxing program in Solana Beach. Experience what it means to really sweat, train, and utilize fully body power. Cardio conditioning, core work, and challenging the brain will come to the forefront of training.

Boxing for Beginners to Advanced

From first class to fight mode, BXNG programming includes a meaningful flow of classes that include a progression (fundamentals, workshops and sparring) that work together to produce your best. Workshops take basic learning into an applied skill with shadowboxing, footwork, punches and incorporating the use of partner drills. Gear is required for intermediate and advanced levels classes that work on technical components with contact.

    Don’t worry! We’ve got you. Your first class includes wraps and gloves on us. After that, we sell exclusive BXNG gloves and wraps in club, so pop in and let us know what you need.
    We get it. Boxing can be intimidating, but it can also be a lot of fun. We’ll be here every step of the way and make sure you’re taught basic combinations from the word “go”. Work at your own pace, ask questions, and take breaks when needed, and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with boxing in the blink of an eye.
    It depends on the person and how hard you push yourself, but usually 600-800 calories. GET READY!
    You’re the only one who can answer that question. It’s a full-body workout that can work for everyone. Most people say they can never go back to their prior workouts after trying out boxing. We want you to do what’s right for you.
    We recommend that it’s best to wear whatever is most comfortable for you and makes you feel confident - regular workout attire is usually just fine.
    Our higher-level classes and sparring utilize more contact, but that is after passing into those classes and wearing proper gear. Beginner classes will be far more relaxed, easing you into the sport.
    Boxing is a great fat burner and muscle builder (all at once!). We have seen massive body transformations that are a result of the cardio-blast, muscle strengthening, and stress relief that boxing provides to participants.
