    You will learn the fundamental kickboxing techniques while getting an awesome cardio workout. The more you continue in the program, the more technique and combinations you will learn.
    You need wraps, gloves, water, and yourself to start! Everyone starts somewhere.
    Your results depend on your consistency, but Kickboxing is a great way to burn calories while building muscle for the most optimal results (mentally and physically).
    All BXNG classes are included in your membership! If you would like to do one-on-one personal training, there is an additional fee.
