    It depends on the length and time of both the HIIT workout and the run. Although, HIIT will help you to continue to burn calories throughout the entire day.
    Research shows that HIIT helps improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness, increase muscle mass, improve blood pressure/cholesterol levels, cardiovascular health and amp up mood.
    It depends on your activity level, other types of training, and goals but usually 3-4 times a week is recommended.
    Generally, most people are able to do HIIT. If you have any restrictions, please let your coach know.
    HIIT is High-Intensity Interval Training that alternates between short bursts of high-intensity exercises and low-intensity active rest periods. HIIT usually includes a warm-up and cool down with the major part of the workout in the middle.
