Learn the incredible art of Muay Thai – a powerhouse of a sport that originates 400 years ago from Thailand. Muay Thai is known as the “art of 8 limbs” and uses punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing.
Condition with movement, footwork, defense and striking skills. Muay Thai classes will use bagwork, partner drills, shield drills and focus on conditioning. BXNG Muay Thai programming is designed with a progression model for proper movement and skill into higher level classes. *Appropriate protective gear must be approved by coach and worn during some classes.

Muay Thai originated in Thailand as one of the most evolved combat sports. Kicks, punches, knees and elbows are allowed in Muay Thai.
Muay Thai is a controlled way of learning self-defense with a variety of techniques that are beneficial in potentially threatening situations.
BXNG Muay Thai is for all levels! We ask that you take 5 kickboxing classes first and speak with a coach before taking a beginner's class.
Begin to develop the relationship with your coach and training partners. Focus on training consistently and nailing down your basic techniques.
All of our classes are designed to ensure the safety of our members.
Like other sports, injuries are possible, but we do everything we can to make sure you don’t get injured. Our vigilant coaches are there to supervise and help enforce safety precautions, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.
Please note some instructional classes require additional protective gear to participate.
The sport of Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows that involves clinching. MMA is a grappling sport that combines many different combat sports into one.
This is a decision only you can make. We hope that you find value in all classes and one-on-one sessions. It is best you decide what you need out of a gym, program and community first. We take our programming very seriously and are here to support you in whatever way we can.
