With our wide variety of classes and times, you can choose kickboxing training to be your main focus or supplement other goals. Many of our members begin with kickboxing and transition into Muay Thai. Kickboxing training is unlike our boxing classes by introducing kicks and knees and we are more than just a kickboxing gym. Power Kickboxing classes focus on bringing an awesome cardio workout with the basic fundamentals of kickboxing. Move into our Muay Thai program to learn how to take kickboxing to the next level. Our Muay Thai program has beginner to advanced level classes. It’s great for exercise, women’s self defense, and those who want to train at performance level.

Kickboxing Workouts For Beginners 

Power Kickboxing is a great place for beginners to start. Our Power Kickboxing classes include a 15 minute warm-up with shadowboxing and dynamic stretching, 30 minutes of basic bag work, and finish up with ab exercises. Your coach will be there to help you learn the basics and understand how to get the best results. Kickboxing is a great way to up endurance, build muscle, and quicken the mind.  

Advanced Kickboxing classes San Diego

Advance from Kickboxing to Muay Thai

TBC has created a program with your progression in mind. Begin with the Power Kickboxing class to get your heart rate and love for kickboxing up along with nailing the basics. Graduate into our beginner Muay Thai class that covers all the basic movements, drills, footwork, and striking skills. Intermediate classes dive deeper into the sport of Muay Thai to prepare you for advanced level classes and sparring. Intermediate and advanced classes require protective gear in order to participate. Become second to none in San Diego!

Our coaches and trainers are well-trained in the art of kickboxing and Muay Thai, many having trained in Thailand and fought professionally. All Muay Thai classes are group-style and personal 1-on-1 training for those looking to really find their inner fighter is available.
