We offer a variety of classes that range from beginner to advanced levels. Expect to sweat, learn and work parts of your body that you didn’t know existed. Begin and thrive with learning the foundational components of boxing that provide maximum cardio conditioning, combinations, and core work.
I mainly box, but I needed something to help with my mobility and mindset. My coach suggested I try some yoga classes and I never looked back. It's the perfect combination of hard work and mindfulness.
Boxing for Beginners to Advanced
BXNG programming is designed to take you from beginner to fighter with an influential flow of classes, workshops, and sparring that graduate into each other. Beginner boxing workshops take the basic learning into an applied skill with shadowboxing, footwork, punches and working with a partner. Intermediate and advanced level classes place more emphasis on technical components of boxing and contact (gear required).
Of course! You will learn it all. We are here to help you find your inner fighter.
Boxing is a great fat burner and muscle builder (all at once!). We have seen massive body transformations that are a result of the cardio-blast, muscle strengthening, and stress relief.
Our higher-level classes and sparring utilize more contact, but that is after passing into those classes and wearing proper gear.
We recommend that it’s best to wear anything that is most comfortable for you and makes you feel confident - regular workout attire is usually just fine.
You’re the only one who can answer that question. It’s a full-body workout that can work for everyone. Most people say they can never go back to the prior workouts after trying out boxing. We want you to do what’s right for you.
It depends on the person and how hard you push yourself, but usually 600-800 calories. GET READY!
We get it. Boxing can be intimidating. Boxing can also be a lot of fun. We’ll be here every step of the way and make sure you’re taught basic combinations. Work at your own pace, ask questions, and take breaks if needed.
Don’t worry! We’ve got you. Your first class includes wraps and gloves on us. After that, we sell exclusive BXNG gloves and wraps in club.
Absolutely! All of our Power Boxing and Power Kickboxing classes are non-contact and take place on our punching bags. Before your first class, you will receive a brief demonstration from our staff on proper technique and form, which will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to make your way through the class. As always, work at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
