Boxing then brunch, punches then brunches, however you say it, nothing quite feels as good after a hard workout than sharing some delicious food and drinks with friends. We thought of all our favorite spots for brunch in San Diego, and somehow managed to get it to manageable list of our 6 favorites. Next time you and your friends take a morning class, keep the fun going by treating yourselves to one of these amazing brunches:

They offer delightful takes on some breakfast classics, like Lemon Coconut Pancakes, S'mores French Toast, and even Breakfast Hot Dogs! Add in a huge rotating selection of craft beers on tap and innovative craft cocktails, and you have a combination that is tough to beat.

Great Maple: On weekends Great Maple calls it “Blunch,” serving breakfast and lunch from 8AM-2:30PM. They will soon have multiple locations including one on the edge of Hillcrest, and another opening soon in La Jolla. With the combination of their large breakfast and lunch menus, you will have a lot to choose from. Widely known for their Brunch Cocktail list, they have the perfect libations to start your Sunday Funday.

Snooze: Don’t be fooled by the name, Snooze’s insane menu will have you sit up and take notice. From their pancake flight including a Pineapple Upside-Down Pancake to their Breakfast Pot Pie, they have something no matter what flavor you are looking for. Combined with truly amazing cocktails like the Boss Hog Bloody Mary that features a huge piece of thick cut bacon, you are in for a truly one of a kind experience. They don’t take reservations so be prepared for a wait at this one, but it will be worth it (we promise). Locations in Hillcrest, Del Mar, and La Jolla makes it an easy spot to visit, so make sure you do!
