BXNG Muay Thai is for all levels! We ask that you take 5 kickboxing classes first and speak with a coach before taking a beginner's class.
All of our classes are designed to ensure the safety of our members. Like other sports, injuries are possible, but we do everything we can to make sure you don’t get injured. Our vigilant coaches are there to supervise and help enforce safety precautions, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands. Please note some instructional classes require additional protective gear to participate.
Developing a solid relationship with your coach and training partners is the first step for any Muay Thai beginner. From there, simply focus on training consistently and nailing down your basic techniques, and you’ll be on a productive path.
The sport of Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows that involves clinching. MMA is a grappling sport that combines many different combat sports into one.
This is a decision only you can make. We hope that you find value in all classes and one-on-one sessions. It is best you decide what you need out of a gym, program and community first. We take our programming very seriously and are here to support you in whatever way we can.
