Our Muay Thai program is a popular instructional powerhouse that takes a 400-year old combat sport from Thailand into your current training routine. Muay Thai is known as the “art of 8 limbs”, utilizing the technique of punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing.

TRAIN MODE ON

Muay Thai classes cover the basics of movement, footwork, defense, and striking skills. Class will involve bag work, shield drills, partner drills with light contact and a variety of conditioning drills. This intentional structure outlines learning for proper technique with movement, punching, kicking, knees and elbows. *Please make sure that you have the correct protective gear (ie. shin guards or mouthguard).

Transform in unrivaled Muay Thai programming that is designed to teach technique and endurance simultaneously. Classes and training are structured with progression points to allow for consistent advancement from beginner level to stepping into the ring.

    BXNG Muay Thai is for all levels! We ask that you take 5 kickboxing classes first and speak with a coach before taking a beginner's class.
    All of our classes are designed to ensure the safety of our members. Like other sports, injuries are possible, but we do everything we can to make sure you don’t get injured. Our vigilant coaches are there to supervise and help enforce safety precautions, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands. Please note some instructional classes require additional protective gear to participate.
    Begin to develop the relationship with your coach and training partners. Focus on training consistently and nailing down your basic techniques.
    The sport of Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows that involves clinching. MMA is a grappling sport that combines many different combat sports into one.
