Our boxing program in East Village offers a range of beginner to advanced classes. All boxing classes in East Village will make you question why you didn’t start boxing sooner. Boxing for Beginners to Advanced

BXNG boxing classes in East Village have an intentional programming of classes, workshops, and sparring that must be passed to move forward. Beginner boxing workshops in East Village preserve the authentication of combat sports. Programming for boxing beginners in East Village begins to level up training classes by applying basic knowledge into a skillset with shadowboxing, footwork, punches & partner work. Intermediate and advanced level boxing classes place emphasis on technical components of boxing and contact (gear required).

    Don’t worry! We’ve got you. Your first class includes wraps and gloves on us. After that, we sell exclusive BXNG gloves and wraps in club, so pop in and let us know what you need.
    We get it. Boxing can be intimidating, but it can also be a lot of fun. We’ll be here every step of the way and make sure you’re taught basic combinations from the word “go”. Work at your own pace, ask questions, and take breaks when needed, and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with boxing in the blink of an eye.
    It depends on the person and how hard you push yourself, but usually 600-800 calories. GET READY!
    You’re the only one who can answer that question. It’s a full-body workout that can work for everyone. Most people say they can never go back to their prior workouts after trying out boxing. We want you to do what’s right for you.
    We recommend that it’s best to wear whatever is most comfortable for you and makes you feel confident - regular workout attire is usually just fine.
    Our higher-level classes and sparring utilize more contact, but that is after passing into those classes and wearing proper gear. Beginner classes will be far more relaxed, easing you into the sport.
    Boxing is a great fat burner and muscle builder (all at once!). We have seen massive body transformations that are a result of the cardio-blast, muscle strengthening, and stress relief that boxing provides to participants.
