Through his own personal experience as a fighter, Coach P specializes in boxing, performance enhancement, TRX, weight training & weight loss. Progress and learning are always the main two goals for Coach P. He thrives and lives for the boxing culture and the sport of getting better. His coaching style incorporates lots of fundamentals, strength, and learning about movement. There is always a tremendous amount of focus on outlining goals, devising a unique and tailored program, and the ways to make execution a reality.
