Nora's first love was dance and intended on using yoga as a way of gaining more flexibility. Yoga became Nora's second love  - mindfulness, vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and HIIT. Nora's practice is rooted in mindfulness and breath work along with lengthening the body to alleviate aches, pains, and promote flexibility. Her class is never meant to be purely a stretching session - it encompasses all aspects of yoga. Nora's approach is to incorporate a well-rounded and focused practice with room to leave with tangible knowledge each time.
