Coach Nichole started her fitness journey as a gymnast, dancer, and volleyball player. Her focus shifted to yoga and became an instant click when teaching spatial awareness / breath. Coach Nichole has been practicing yoga for many years and is always finding new learning opportunities to incorporate into her style. Her style is very focused on health and customizing the class to what is needed. With years of experience and a deep passion for yoga, Nichole brings such an energy, light, and education to all of her classes.
