Coach Melissa found boxing at a time when she really needed it. Coach Mel’s training focuses on the foundation of boxing mixed in with fun and mittwork. She also incorporates functional training into her programming and is always looking for new ways to improve her coaching. Coach Mel always incorporates humor into her training and keeps it moving non-stop. She is a go-to for mittwork, functional training, fundamentals, quickness, and self defense.
