Krista took the leap from competitive and high intensity sports to the more meditative practice in college. In conjunction with her study of neuroscience and the mind-body connection, Krista enjoys being able to take an intake of parts of the body that are bothersome or are areas for improvement and then tailor the exercises specifically. Krista never teaches any class or session the same. Krista teaches vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Flowfit, and even yoga on a stand up paddleboard! In addition to her yoga certifications, Krista is also certified in Thai Massage and implements massage adjustments throughout class to help her students relax and gain relief.
