Coach Emily has always been on the move: softball, soccer, track and then competitive dance became her world. Through a profound appreciation for her body and movement, Coach Emily found a deep connection to yoga and caring for her body in a holistic way. A power flow is Coach Emily’s expertise and signature type of training because of its adaptability characteristics - she loves the ability to modify or intensify any of the movements. Coach Emily defines her practice for her clients in an ultra-supportive manner and stems through learning how to figure out what the body needs. She defines her style of training as more than just flexibility. Coach Emiily’s kinesiology background helps amplify her knowledge of the body and best practices in regards to muscle soreness, injuries, flexibility, mobility, sports performance training, stress, etc.
