Biography

Coach Anthony comes with a wide-range of experience and massive understanding of how the body works. He centers his training around a tiered system that goes through addressing individual goals / needs, devising a plan that builds upon goals and providing the tools to get there. Coach Anthony leads it all with the fundamentals and making sure that the mind-body connection is there. He ensures that training is fun, challenging and always leaves room for improvement. He takes it very seriously that he has the privilege of being a part of someone’s fitness journey. As long as progression is a part of the master plan, Coach Anthony is behind it.
