Love this gym! The classes are great and the staff amazing. They have classes throughout the day beginning early morning to late evening to work with all schedules. I haven't found a gym that gives a better workout! The kickboxing classes are my favorite. Burn and the Rig are also a great workout. The Rig has you doing really unique things like handstands- I haven't done one of those in ages and it's definitely a challenge. I find it great that I don't have to have another gym membership to get yoga in either - there's yoga and yoga sculpt classes included here. - Rebecca B.

We are incredibly honored to be among many other great martial arts schools in San Diego. That being said, we do some things that set us apart. At TBC, we combine martial arts as a foundation for everything that we do. You want to learn boxing for the incredible workout? Cool, we got you. You want to learn boxing for defense? Cool, we got you too. You want to learn boxing to get in the ring and fight? Cool, we’ve REALLY got you. Becoming TBC family is hard to describe in words -- we push limits, support each other the whole way through, and too much fun doesn’t exist.
We have three locations in San Diego! You can find us in UTC, Kearny Mesa, and East Village. Your all-access membership option allows you to go to all three TBC locations.
At TBC, we don't just treat you like another member. Our staff takes the time to get to know you and your unique goals, so we can guide and motivate you to achieve them. Our New Year Special includes 1 complimentary personal training session where one of our top tier trainers will help you kickstart any fitness goals you have.
YES! We welcome all-levels to join us. We usually recommend trying a Power class, which is a cardio-based class with some focus on technique and abs. We will make sure to go over the fundamentals with you and get you ready to show what you’re made of!
