TRAIN MODE ON

Cover the basics of Muay Thai movement with footwork, defense, and striking. Bagwork, shield drills, partner drills and conditioning are included in classes. Class is designed to put technique and movement first. *Must have appropriate protective gear (i.e. sign guards, mouthguards, etc).

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Transform in unrivaled Muay Thai programming that is designed to teach technique and endurance simultaneously. Classes and training are structured with progression points to allow for consistent advancement from beginner level to stepping into the ring.

    Muay Thai is a stand-up striking sport that involves clinching. There is no grappling or ground fighting in Muay Thai. MMA is a combat sport based on stand -up striking and grappling. MMA includes many components of different combat sports.
    Begin to develop the relationship with your coach and training partners. Focus on training consistently and nailing down your basic techniques.
    All classes are designed to ensure the safety of our members. Like other sports, injuries are possible but we do everything we can to make sure you don’t get injured. Coaches are there to supervise and help enforce safety precautions. *Please note some instructional classes require additional protective gear to participate.
