We totally understand how coming into a gym for the first time may feel intimidating. We will make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible and our atmosphere is inherently designed for everyone of all levels.
We recommend wearing what’s comfortable for you to move and sweat in. This is usually your stereotypical athleticwear. We hope that BXNG will become a wardrobe staple.
We recommend bringing lots of water and your A-game. If you’re taking a boxing class, we recommend gloves and wraps. If you want to be extra-stylin’, we have great BXNG gear in the club.
Yes! Our gym in Kearny Mesa will be able to match and accommodate your skillset. We have classes that range from beginner to advanced. So, whatever level you’re at, you’ll find a class that suits you.
We offer classes that range from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, Strength Training, HIIT, Yoga, Spin, Pilates, and more. If it’s fitness-related, we’ve got it.
Sparring is allowed with coach approval and presence.
All of our classes are first-come, first-serve! We recommend coming to class about 20 minutes early to make sure you have enough time to get warmed up before class and settled in.
We offer towel service, locker rooms, and showers!
Many of our coaches are current or former fighters that have real-deal experience. They will be able to use their experiences to help you in whatever capacity you’d like.
