90-Day Weight Loss Challenge

It is that time of year again. Your resolutions are set and you’re ready to take on the new year and make sure you achieve them. Well, why not have some help along the way? Join us for our annual TBC 90-Day Weight Loss Challenge, where you’ll not only  fun while achieving those goals, but you’ll also have plenty of accountability and motivation along the way! Studies show that individuals who embark on a big lifestyle change, such as healthy eating and exercise, are much more likely to stick with it if they have the support of others.

Beyond the obvious benefits of being healthy, feeling great, and losing weight, there is the added benefit of stuffing some extra cash in your wallet too. Prizes include a $500 Visa gift card for 1st place, a $200 Visa gift card for 2nd place, and a $100 Visa gift card for 3rd place. And let’s not forget the biggest prize – being able to rub it in everyone’s faces that you won!

Sign-ups begin the week of January 16th through the 20th, with the challenge starting the following Monday, January 23rd. We will have monthly check-ins where we’ll take your weight, measurements, and progress photos. The winner will be determined by whoever loses the highest percentage of their weight.
